We stayed at Residence Il Poggio for a week to explore the east coast of Lake Como. The modern, comfortable two-bedroom apartment had a spectacular view of the lake from its large balcony. It was well-equipped with two shower rooms, a dishwasher, and a washing machine, making our stay convenient. The rooftop swimming pool, with its breathtaking lake view, was a perfect spot to relax, and the town nearby offered a peaceful environment. Julia, who managed the apartments, was incredibly helpful, adding to our enjoyable experience. a peaceful and perfectly located place to unwind and explore Lake Como.

Convenient location for exploring nearby towns like Verenna and Bellagio. Well-constructed, spacious apartments with all the necessary amenities. Super clean with attention to detail, including thoughtful touches like a welcome bottle of wine and breakfast snacks. Great facilities including a small but good swimming pool with amazing views. Courteous and friendly manager who went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. Highly recommended for a truly unforgettable stay.

The view from the terrasse and rooms at Database Place was absolutely stunning, with a panoramic view of Lake Como. the well-equipped kitchen and washing machine in the bathroom were convenient amenities. Denise, our host, was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the location, although slightly out of the center, allowed us to appreciate the beauty of the lake. the small beach within walking distance was a great spot for the kids, despite being a bit rocky.

The Residence Il Poggio had everything I needed for a fantastic stay. The apartment was fresh and clean, with a stunning view of the lake. The big terrace was perfect for enjoying the scenery. The fast internet was a great bonus, and the spacious private parking, including a garage for my bikes, made transportation easy. The location was perfect, with the hotel being within walking distance to a fabulous beach on the lake.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a welcome pack with cold water, juice, coffee, and other essentials. Another advantage was the availability of additional amenities upon request, such as a hair dryer and iron. nothing was missing and we were thoroughly impressed with our stay.

One downside was that the hotel is located in a small village, so we had to rely on car travel to reach shops or the nearest town for food. Additionally, the WiFi was slow and had frequent disruptions, requiring us to use our phone's hotspot for most of our stay.
